M (Mike) Constantine Johnson is a successful marketing professional in the areas of customer relationship management, account management, sales, public relations and research and strategy.
Still early in his career, Mike has had the opportunity to create and execute various successful marketing projects including:
- Recruitment advertising sales strategies and territory management for fortune 500 newspaper corporation and an industry leading online recruitment organization.
- Public relations plan for local community organization
- Public relations outreach initiative for popular cookbook retailer
- Consumer insights project for popular Ohio based University
Although Mike’s work and consulting experience spans in various industries including retail, publishing, education and real estate, the common link is his elevated understanding of consumer behavior. With over 5 years of customer relationship management and sales experience, Mike has developed a strong competence of knowing how to capture and interpret consumer behavior intelligence and behavior to allow companies to leverage and enhance relationships with their customers.
Mike believes in taking cutting-edge yet practical approaches to research and relationship management methods to encourage innovation, intelligence business and marketing strategies, competitive advantage and enhanced relationships between companies and their customers.
Beyond possessing a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and minor in Public Relations from Franklin University, Mike continues to be a student of business, marketing, psychology and consumer behavior.
